OVERVIEW

The PMO Coordinator – Enterprise Program Management (EPM) Consultant supports Enterprise Program Management initiatives by coordinating projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining PMO processes. This role assists with project governance, meeting coordination, documentation, scheduling, and project tracking while helping ensure consistency with established project management methodologies, frameworks, and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization while supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess existing PMO functions, identify organizational needs, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements or new PMO implementations.
  • Support the development, standardization, and adoption of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration while effectively communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support the Enterprise Program Management (EPM) team by coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring required materials are available.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and documentation to support PMO initiatives and project execution.
  • Capture, publish, and maintain accurate meeting minutes, action items, and PMO documentation.
  • Identify and help resolve project issues while assisting with risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Assist with coordinating the vehicle ordering process across cross-functional teams.
  • Schedule and manage PMO stage-gate meetings and related activities.
  • Track action items, communicate updates, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Support project intake reviews by assisting with intake documentation and following up with project teams on status updates.
  • Track project timelines, monitor upcoming stage gates, and support quarterly planning activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Understanding of project management principles and how projects align with organizational goals and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Experience with Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Visio is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of PMO frameworks, project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Salary range $80,000-$110,000
  • This role does not support a work sponsorship therefore candidates MUST be eligible to work in the US and is not a C2C position
  • Benefits and 401K are provided
  • Hybrid Role - Remote work 2 days per week (after 90 days)
